How do I request a return or exchange?
We’re sorry to hear that you weren’t completely satisfied with your Nurivy purchase.
To request a return or exchange, please email support@nurivy.com and include:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the return
Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
I can’t find a return slip
No problem. Nurivy orders do not include return slips in the package.
Simply contact our support team at support@nurivy.com, and we will assist you with your return or exchange request.
What is your return policy?
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please contact support@nurivy.com and provide your order number.
Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been processed, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you received a product different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

What if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at support@nurivy.com before returning the item.

Return Instructions
If your return request is approved, please follow these instructions:

- Attach the return shipping label clearly on the package.
- Cover or remove any previous shipping labels or barcodes.
- Ship the package using your local post office or a shipping carrier of your choice.

This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from Nurivy.com.
If your product was purchased through another retailer or website, the return policy of that retailer will apply.
