At Nurivy, we work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Our carriers follow recommended safety and delivery guidelines to protect both customers and delivery personnel.
For convenience, many carriers may offer contactless delivery, meaning you may not be required to sign for your package.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional notification containing your tracking number and delivery details.

Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some shipping carriers may have restrictions when delivering to P.O. Box addresses. If a carrier is unable to deliver to a P.O. Box, we may request an alternative shipping address to complete the delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
